Priory House Restaurant Gourmands will go gaga for this amazing hidden gem tucked away in the grounds of the Benburb Valley Park in North Ireland. Set in a 17th stone building, this boho retreat is an amazing address that should be in every little black book, and the Priory House restaurant is spread out over three unique dining rooms plus a court yard for summertime al fresco dining and afternoon tea. We adore the Picasso room, a kooky space decorated with candy colours. Run by Sean and Ramune Farnan, Priory House uses locally sourced produce, and even has its own herb garden.
